On April 29th, 2024, Dr. Sirichai Preudhikulpradab, a faculty member at the Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management (GS-BATM), Assumption University of Thailand (AU) on Suvarnabhumi Campus, hosted a workshop titled "Essential Leadership" for a group of international students from India. The workshop aimed to explore the impact of human social systems on individuals' thinking, values, and decision-making processes.

The workshop began with participants engaging in introspection and reflection, encouraging them to articulate their own experiences and understandings. Through interactive sessions, participants exchanged ideas, recognizing how their differences and similarities complemented one another while assessing one another response in a given scenario to come up with choices of how one can facilitate and strengthen organizational communication and decision-making.

Moreover, the workshop introduced participants to new knowledge and tools to enhance their self-leadership skills. Participants were encouraged to view themselves as instruments of change and a process of three continuous learnings: to live, to live better, and to live well.

Lastly, the ultimate goal was to foster an environment where individuals could co-create success, growth, and sustainability and recognize how each individual's differences and strengths can invariably contribute to the organization, community, and society.
